TLD1 LLC exists to expand the supply of meaningful, memorable, and positive names available to the next generation of internet creators.
The internet has six billion users around the world, but our research shows that fewer than 200 million are active content creators, publishers, sellers, influencers, or sharers of information. The divide between consumers and creators is huge, less than four percent of all internet users do more than consume information. Every one of them needs an address of their own.
As AI agents increasingly mediate how people find information, a domain remains the one address a person or business fully controls, and demand for distinctive, trustworthy online addresses will grow as the creator population expands.
Our string selection reflects that mission. We have applied for strings that are generic, positive, non-controversial, and useful to wide audiences, and we will operate them as open TLDs available to all registrants through ICANN-accredited registrars.
TLD1 LLC is committed to open registration, competitive and transparent pricing including accessible first-year pricing, and active DNS abuse prevention through our contracted, ICANN-evaluated registry service providers.
